The Sierra Nevada Horse Show Association is a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting and advancing the equestrian community in Northern Nevada. We organize quality hunter/jumper competitions, provide educational opportunities for riders and trainers, and recognize rider achievements through year-end awards. Guided by a commitment to fairness, integrity, and community, SNHSA serves as a central resource for equestrians of all levels, fostering an inclusive environment that promotes growth, learning, and sportsmanship.

SNHSA Objectives

To provide a forum representing the best interest of horses and exhibitors in SNHSA equestrian competitions and all members of the SNHSA.
To promote quality schooling (and rated) equestrian competitions throughout Northern Nevada, including year-end championship awards.
To make adequate and fair rules governing SNHSA competitions and to enforce them for the common benefit.
To assign dates to all competitions recognized by the Association.
To provide educational activities and sponsor special equestrian programs.
