2026 SNHSA Braiding Clinic

The 2026 SNHSA Braiding Clinic, taught by Lisa Mays of A-MAYS-ING Equine, will take place Wednesday, July 15, hosted by Pair of Aces Stables at The Historic Silver Circle Ranch, 3400 Holcomb Ranch Lane, Reno, 89511. Check in begins at 9 a.m., with classroom instruction, followed by lunch provided by SNHSA. The afternoon session will include demonstration of braiding and hands-on practice. Attendees will learn Hunter Braids for Hunters and Equitation for rated shows.

The clinic is free for SNHSA members with a 2026 paid membership. Membership can be paid prior to the event at https://snhsa.org/membership/ or at the event using cash or check. Braiding yarn will be provided. Braiding kits are available for purchase when registering to ensure availability. Kits may be available at the clinic but are not guaranteed.

NOTE: Payment may be made through Zelle using SNHSA.TREASURER@GMAIL.COM without fees. Register using the pdf registration form and email to susanhhowe@gmail.com to complete the process. Deadline to register is July 6 to ensure enough braiding kits are on hand.
