2026 SNHSA Rulebook and Bylaws
The purpose of this rulebook is to provide guidelines for those who wish to obtain SNHSA sanctioning for their horse shows; to explain the point system for SNHSA year-end awards; and to present the rules, which have been adopted by SNHSA using the NorCal Rulebook as a guideline.

SNHSA will follow the rules and regulations of NorCal, whenever possible, for any procedure not covered herein.
